There is something
unforgettable about traditional New England lobster roasts. Maybe it’s the
atmosphere which can only be described as pure, unadulterated fun! Laughter. Singing. Impromptu dancing.
Or maybe it’s the
food. This traditional New England feast is served with award-winning clam
chowder. Steamers (soft-shell clams) bursting with flavor. Fresh veggies and
tender corn on the cob. And of course
the fresh Maine lobster, so sweet and succulent that it practically melts in
your mouth.
